Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the ct200 platform ("Platform"), you automatically agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Platform immediately and do not register an account.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ct200 ("Company", "we", "us"). This Platform is intended for adults aged 18 and above only. Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account registered under their real name and personal details. Registering more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — to evade detection is strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number and any other details needed for verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ct200 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Account Suspension & Closure
Ct200 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, system manipulation, use of multiple accounts, identity falsification, or any breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to a violation, the remaining balance may not be refunded, subject to the outcome of the investigation.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a ct200 user, you agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical tools to manipulate games or payment systems.
- Colluding with other users to cheat the system or gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
- Committing fraud in any form, including the use of false or stolen payment information.
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the Platform's technical infrastructure.
- Transferring funds between accounts for the purpose of money laundering.
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through the Platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, freezing of funds, and/or appropriate legal action.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All financial transactions on the ct200 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). ct200 supports local deposit and withdrawal methods, including DuitNow, Touch 'n Go and FPX online banking.
Deposit
Deposited funds will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the payment service provider. ct200 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers. Each deposit method may have different minimum limits — check the deposit section in your account for the latest details.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the ct200 account holder. Withdrawal requests that do not meet this requirement will be declined. ct200 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, for compliance and security purposes.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own rollover requirements and validity periods. Misuse of bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts or manipulating bonus conditions — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure. Please review the specific terms for each promotion before activating it.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Ct200 makes no guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or data loss. Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ct200 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of winnings, data loss, or business disruption arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, text, and graphics on the ct200 platform are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on any of this content without prior written consent from ct200.
Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain references to third-party services or providers, such as game providers and payment processors. ct200 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
